Lifestyle Programs Tailored to Your Unique Genetic Profile

Why I Recommend This Exercise Program to My Clients

We come up with every excuse in the book to keep from exercising. Do any of these sound familiar?

"I'm tired."

"I'm sick."

"I don't want to drive to the gym."

"I don't like my trainer."

"It's too expensive."

Another big one is boredom. We start an exercise program but get tired of the monotony. When results aren't where we want them to be, that makes it even more difficult.

To combat that phenomenon, I've combined my genetics program with Beachbody On Demand.

Why Beachbody?

As I discussed during this week's Facebook Live video, I recommend Beachbody On Demand because it is cost effective (27 cents per day, $8 per month, $99 per year) and has hundreds of tested programs you can do from anywhere, streamed on any device. It solves the convenience program that prevents people from working out.

For my clients, however, it is more than simply using Beachbody. By adding in the genetic component, we narrow down the workouts to optimize your health and help you reach your goals.

Here's how it works:

  1. Acquire your genetics profile. It's a simple, inexpensive process that typically takes about 4 weeks. Use 23andMe.com and order the basic ancestry service for $99.
  2. Schedule a call to review your results. In this 90-120 minute call, we will go over your results and what they mean for your health and your physical fitness goals.
  3. Get your plan. I put together a tailored nutrition, exercise, and overall health plan for you. For many of my clients, that includes Beachbody On Demand.

I'll Help You Get Specific

We aren't simply doing a direct-to-consumer plan where I print something out on the computer. We will figure out what your goals are, what your current health is, and develop a plan together.

And if Beachbody is the right answer, I'll plug you into the right program that will keep you motivated and on track.

Reach out today to schedule a call so we can work together to optimize your health.
